The Spring 2016 LB 336: Gender, Sexuality, Science, Technology (sub-titled Race, Sex and
Using/Producing Information and Communications Technologies Globally) class had to create a white paper arguing a policy position. The class chose the topic of drones and privacy and together created a white paper to argue their assertion that, "Considering the fact
that these drones are able to record audio, video, and use facial recognition
software, poses an incredible threat to the privacy of civilians in public and
private places. A policy must be implemented to protect individuals’ privacy in
these places." In this video the class argues their position.
