4-H Science: Sir Isaac and his Oobleck

Did you know that the bottle of ketchup your Mom keeps in the kitchen actually defies the laws of physics? That's right! It's what's called a non-Newtonian Fluid, breaking Sir Isaac Newton's Law of Viscosity. In this experiment, we're going to learn how to make some Ooblek, a non-Newtonian Fluid that is both a liquid and a solid, depending on how much pressure is put on it.
