On the banks of the Red Cedar, there's a Mexican restaurant known to all! Their specialty is nachos and the cheese dip beats them all! A lot of you out there may be thinking about college, how your life is going to change, and the new memories you're going to make. Well, in this episode of 4-H in the Kitchen, I'm going to share some of my college memories by teaching you how to make the cheese dip from my favorite restaurant at Michigan State University, El Azteco.
