Grab your morning beverage and join us to learn more about five MI bird species! Each session we’ll highlight birds that you can find in our SW Michigan backyards, woods, and waters this time of year.
This month we have invited Julie Melotti, Acting Wildlife Biologist/Pathologist Michigan Department of Natural Resources(DNR). She will chat about Bird Conservation regarding bird health, feeding birds safely, types of feeders, feeder cleaning, and how to help birds avoid window strikes.
There is no fee for this online program but to receive a secure link to the zoom meeting. Your hosts are educators: Lisa Duke and Misty Klotz from Kellogg Biological Station and Kellogg Bird Sanctuary. Zoom in and participate by sharing your recent bird sightings and asking questions!
