Demonstration of using ROS's intrinsic calibration tool with a checkerboard pattern. The colored pattern is shown when all of the interior corners are detected. Try to make these fill the image, and also tilt the board significantly up and down (and optionally left to right). When enough data are gathered, the Calibrate disk is highlighted, and you can press this. Once calibration is done you can save the parameters and data.
