Git Video 5: Everyday Scenarios & Best Practices

Please note: when this video was recorded, the https://gitlab.msu.edu version of the git clone url (e.g. https://gitlab.msu.edu/msu-libraries/web-services/msul_bootstrap5.git) was appropriate.  MSU has now changed policies and a repository cloned using the https method will not work.  Instead look for the git@gitlab.msu.edu: version of the URL (e.g. git@gitlab.msu.edu:msu-libraries/web-services/msul_bootstrap5.git) to clone using SSH.  If you don't use the git@gitlab.msu.edu: version, you will not be able to push changes to the project!
