In 2017, the state of Michigan launched an ambitious, multi-layered program to keep low performing schools operating and improving. Michigan State University's Institute for Public Policy and Social Research (IPPSR) has supported research tracking this program's progress with a Michigan Applied Public Policy Research grant. This IPPSR Public Policy Forum welcomes panelists from the Michigan Department of Education and Michigan State University's Education Policy Innovation Collaborative (EPIC) as they share their findings.
