Jadel Hughes Davis, an engineering graduate of Michigan State University, was interviewed by Liz Timbs on July 7, 2017. She recounts her time in various MSU organizations, such as Women in Engineering the National Society for Black Engineers, and My Sister's Keeper. Also, she discusses her website, OurMECA (Minority Experiences in Colorless Atmospheres). Through the website she hopes to sustain a network for minorities in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) to mentor, connect, and learn from one another.
