Randomized Question Pools in D2L Quizzes

Learn how to create question pools within D2L quizzes to provide each student with a unique, randomized set of questions. These pools will use a certain number of questions from the Question Library, such as 10 questions out of a possible 20, and randomize their order to help prevent cheating.

Instead of using the sample CSV file provided by D2L, you can also use this quiz converter from Algonquin College to generate a CSV file.

There is a workaround to change orphaned questions in pools into sections so they can be re-used in other quizzes.
