The session draws on the work of Emily and Amelia Nagoski and their book Burnout: The Secret to Completing Your Stress Cycles. The session is facilitated by Lisa Laughman, LMSW - Coordinator of the Spartan Resilience Education Program which is a program offered by the MSU Division of University Health and Wellbeing.
