The session will reflect on the new Digital Assessment version of the long-established in-person First Impressions Tourism program and the opportunities presented by remote programming in a post-pandemic environment. These include specifically lower cost to communities, program staffing flexibility and expertise for MSU Extension, and the ability to conduct more programs around the state and thus show value to more communities than was previously possible with in-person programming. FIT-DA will continue to be a part of our program offerings going forward even as we resume in-person programming.
